This episode reminded me. In Mystery Incorporated, perhaps the best series, there's an episode where the gang visits the college to solve the mystery of a Cthulu-like monster, and Harlan Ellison guest-starred as himself in it. But, at one point, Fred befriends some jock-types at the college whose main thing is always wrestling. In one scene, Fred tells Velma and Shaggy that his wrestling buddies are going to teach him a new move. As the line goes:
It's called Happy Tapioca. I don't know what it is but I'm going to be blindfolded and submerged in pudding.

There was one funny joke in a earlier Scrappy Doo episode. That weird episode where Shaggys uncle or something dies and leaves him a mansion behind and the grounds keeper guy is the bad guy and he has a amulet that turns people into werewolves. (Idk) The joke was in a scene where Shaggy gets trapped in a closet and Scooby and Scrappy start joking about how he's still in the closet before eventually letting him out.

Where I was in my head joking the line at the beginning of the section, seeing that waiter freaked out by Steve from the episode, I have to share a title of a book from that collection of donations: Please Don't Be Afraid Of Steve Buscemi.
