Pretty much anytime Santana and Mercedes sing it's going to be brilliant. The Adele mash up is good but holy hell, River Deep, Mountain High is perhaps the most incredible duet of the entire series.
Also, I am not sure now what they meant performances that went hard because to me that's performances that were almost unnecessarily over the top (which Glee was not afraid to do). Does Don't Rain On My Parade fit that? Or Loser Like Me? Or Valerie? Not for me. Teenage Dream was ridiculous staging for a casual high school performance so yeah, that one makes sense. Umbrella - absolutely. Anything Rocky Horror, sure. And yes, #1, Slave 4U as part of an anesthesia fever dream is absolutely right for this list! Just feel like a lot of the others don't make sense in this framing. Those are just. good performances?

I think Rachel is on this list too many times, and Blaine singing Cough Syrup definitely should have been on this list. That performance has some of the most hard emotional moments on the entire show. Karofskys suicide attempt was heartbreaking.
I would say it should be number one, but I am thrilled that Brittany is being recognized here!
Also, no on Glee is more charming than Blaine Anderson!

My favorite one is Teenage Dream, but they did a good job with Thriller, Somebody to Love, Landslide, Dont Stand So Close to Me/ Young Girl, Lucky, Everythings as if we Never Said Goodbye, Somewhere only we Know, Gangnam Style and that Empire State rap.

Sorry, how is Paradise by the Dashboard Light not number one on this list? I love Im a Slave as much as the next person, but paradise was the best number anyone from ND ever did. Its a top three all-time performance from the show.

Kinda disappointed that Thriller/Heads Will roll wasn't even mentioned and no cough Syrup or Marry the Night. Then again, the show did over 700 numbers so maybe this list needs 20 =. Please!

I think Mercedes is better than Rachel, but damned if Britney's performance does blow the other performances I've seen out of the water (I haven't seen most of the show)

Brittany didnt have much vocal range. She didnt get a lot of solos because her voice could only fit certain artist. She killed her brittany songs though.
