Need I say this for the Judge Judy fanatics and the AI voice generated voice-over narration BUT IT IS A TV SHOW MADE IN A TV STUDIO! Yes, Ms. Sheindler ONCE was a FAMILY court judge decades ago in NYC but Family Court doesn't do small claims damage actions. Child custody, juvie delinquency and adoptions etc. Not small claims. Sorry, dopes. The parties signed an agreement with a TV production company to dismiss their actual court case and to be bound by PRIVATE arbitration. This studio produced show is that arbitration.
All this bull about COURTROOM and judgments indicates her fan club has no clue. These litigants gave up their right in a signed contract to pursue a small claims action. They made the retired Judge and her production company arbitrators. Oh and the loser also gets an appearance fee and hotel accommodations from the show. Real court? I don't think so, you dopes.

I kind of felt bad for the first guy. Judge Judy admonished him for smiling and laughing. All during my growing up years, I did the same thing. It didnt matter if I was in big trouble, a little trouble or my parents wanted to murder me trouble. my punishment would end up being a lot worse because of my smiling/laughing reaction. It was not something I did it on purpose. It was an instant reaction that I couldnt get my brain to control. When I would be getting in trouble, I could feel the smile and laughter coming up, and I would try so very hard to keep it down, but I just was not able to do it and of course I got in big trouble. It was a really hard situation to go through. It finally started to slow down and eventually go away in my mid 20s. I do still have moments here and there where the smiling/laughing will pop out again, but Im able to control it now, if it does.

There are times when Judge Judy expresses frustration about how long she was in post-graduate education only to hear fights over trivialities like extension cords, tupperware, or leftover food. I'm just wondering if it's an act. I mean, it's a better act that when Jerry Springer tries to act like a serious talk show host when a string of losers, weirdos, freaks, and lowlifes parade through the stage (and the audience gets to take pot shots at them at the end.
I mean, it seems half the cases the producers select were picked because it gave her opportunities to engage in her trademark snark.
I figure all she has to do is look at the number of zeros in her contract, and she'll accept Santa Claus suing the Tooth Fairy over a plate of milk and cookies.

I lost a friend to a car accident. He was a young man, early 20s, drinking and driving on a motorcycle. Hit my best friends moms friend on her way to work. She wanted to sue his family for emotional damage. She was in a van so she was unscathed. My bffs mom knew Id been close to him and talked her out of it. Theyre Korean, and own hair shops in different towns. Oma let her know basically that 1) that was cruel and unChristian, regardless of circumstances, 2) it would hurt her on behalf of me, and 3) it wasnt his familys fault, and 4) their clientele, Black people, would most likely boycott the stores on behalf of the guy, since he was Black. Im glad she didnt sue, but am still horrified she even considered it.

I don't know how JJ has lasted this long. She has no respect for people and treats them like crap. I realize some people are awful, but many have problems of their own. This lady makes 47 million per year to call people idiots and so many choice words. Many times she is wrong, like her hatred for Pitbulls. These are the sweetest family dogs around, but many have been trained for the wrong reasons, hence the problems, many have been used for dog fighting and attack dogs.
JJ already knows the case as she reads the report in advance, so she establishes a preconceived idea who is what without having listened to the witnesses. She can be so very unfair.

I think the problem with No. 15 - the woman who shouts obscenities at her neighbor because he doesn't tend things in his backyard the way she thinks he should, could easily be fixed. Instead of wasting court costs, they could get married (aw, you can see their attraction) and cool their raging hormones. He could mow their lawn, keep up the place, and she could be chief fundraiser for a local cause. (Can you imagine saying, No, sorry, not interested, to her) They'd be great together, and i guarantee you, they'd be the type of grandparents kids of ANY age would love to spend time with. Only lose the obscenities, Grams!

So how does a past criminal record factor into a civil litigation case? I'm curious because those are two entirely different torts of law. And on the private property case The grieving mother horrible situation but it was private property and I'm not sure of the state's laws that they're in but in my law state you can drive on private property. I personally never cared for Judge Judy I always thought she was a bit shrill and biased in some cases. I just there's something off about those two that how can past criminal arrest factor into a civil litigation.

The worst was the case of the daughter trying to pawn off her child! Disgusting! I feel so sorry for that child. The baby being pawned off will not take care of that baby. Heck, I'll raise that child and better than either of them, daughter and mother for not caring about the baby either! Authorities need to get involved ASAP.
reply

your second case is incorrect and Judge Judy did too. If children cause damage you are liable. The fact the child injured themsleves while damaging another's property does not mean their parents aren't liable. This could have been overturned from arbitration for negligence on the judge's behalf.

Great job Jasmine! Each video gets better. Dapper is my favorite because i have an orange tabby around same age and have been watching them both get in trouble. Mine isn't a babtist kitty though. He is a holy terror! But does have extremely sharp holy paws. Keep up the good work. Love Dapper!

the woman who sued the grieving mom, she takes the cake. horrible woman, horrible. felt so bad for the mom who lost her daughter to have to put up with a battleaxe like her. I was so happy when JJ lit into the insensitivity of her lawsuit.

Fugazi Nut Job and The Tuperware Lady are about the more dramatically Insane If I dared to narrow it down to one or two. Crazy Johnny Rotten that episode is from the early 1990s. That episode was another dramatically insane one.

I was so glad she brought up that a first-time dog owner has no business breeding. Especially a breed with as many issues as pugs. Thats a breed that needs to either be bred back to former standards, or not be bred at all.

Actually the girl's mother should have paid for the car mirror. the little girl broke it. My friend's mirror with the motion detector/blind spot side mirror was broken by vandals and it cost $750 to replace!

You're trying to squeeze in too many videos. And they are very rushed. e. g. I think it's 17, you tell us about her strange gasping noises and manner of speaking but don't show her doing it. Slow down!
reply

Omg someone sold two photos of two cell phones for four hundred plus dollars? The fact that she was willing to appear on television and admit what a scammer she is with no remorse is scary!
reply

Judge Judy is a joke. It's not hard to see why she's a TV host of a show and not an actual sitting judge. She rules too much on feelings and not law. Most of her cases would be appealed.
reply

For anyone that doesn't know the woman that sold two photo's of a Mobile phone ended with being charged with Fraud, sent to Prison, and losing her Husband and kids, committed suicide.
reply

This would've been an entertaining video if that annoying woman didn't love the sound of her own voice so much that she narrated over the entire thing. a word of advice love. STFU

So Trump's been found guilty of years of fraud/lying for personal gain, yet his followers naively believe he'd never lie to them for the same reason. Unbelievable!
reply

Okay look, case number 1, some people just smile when they are embarrassed or nervous, even scared. But looks like that dude was just plain old regular high.
reply

Some people laugh or smile as a defense mechanism. My daughter does this and it got her in trouble in school until i would explain its not a conscious act.

The case with the Mexican guy in a child custody case was a classic. she laid into the lawyers and was in demon mode. I've never seen her so furious.
reply

I think the salad dressing customer was right. Applebees makes a salad that without it's special dressing would not be worth eating. Dressing counts!
reply

Judy was so clearly OVER everyones crap. She was sarcastic enough to make me nearly vomit. So unprofessional, cringe worthy and embarrassing
reply

The funjiest one i saw was when a drunken guest soiled himself on hosts couch and blamed the dog, who was old and couldnt jump up
reply

That woman who sued the mother who lost her child she is a special kind of evil, and FYI her son is in prison! Not a big shocker!
reply

How can we judge who's the worst, when we never really get to hear anything they say or do because of the narrator.
reply

When I clicked on this vid, I was thinking that the Tupperware lady was going to be #1. Surprisingly it was 11!
reply

Kelly Filkins husband threw her under a bus without doubt. She committed suicide I believe because of bullying!
