The only one I feel sorry for is Tatum O'Neal. She was 8 years old making her first movie, Paper Moon, and the next thing you know she wins an Academy Award for it at 10. She was up against 15 year old Linda Blair who was nominated for her role in the world's most famous horror movie, The Exorcist. When she went to the Academy Awards show and accepted her award, her parents weren't even there with her. Her grandfather was. The amount of pressure Hollywood put on her from that point on must have been so overwhelming and ridiculous. There's no way she stood a chance in growing up to be a normal girl, especially when her parents were addicts and abusive and not even around.

I don’t feel sorry for Max Landis. He had power in the industry passed on from his father, but he chose to squander it. He even wrote an article in a lame attempt to defend his actions towards women by bringing up, of all things, the twilight zone tragedy, which involved his equally dumpster fire of a father. He mentioned along the lines of, how the negative press his father got over the twilight zone movie tragedy trickled down to him, for whatever reason. I guess the rotten apple doesn’t fall far from the old tree.

There are so many more - Drew Barrymore, Emilio Esteves, Lisa Marie Presley, Liza Minelli, Miley Cyrus, all of Trump's kids - except maybe Tiffany & Baron. The theme here is they have to have messed up at some time

Phil Sheridan tried it on with me when I was I think 14 or maybe 16 at the oldest, I enjoyed it because I was attracted to him, a few years later or I may have found out before, whilst at wonderland nightclub in Maidstone Kent, a girl I vaguely knew came up to me and told me that Phil had been sleeping with her, I never told my mother this, she wouldn’t have believed me and she would have told me to get out of her house.

As far as Joan Crawford's abuse; hard to tell if it was just an adopted daughter making up stories to cash in after her mother died. It's not like Joan could have defended herself.
Martin Sheen is one of the finest actors of all time. Emilio did not disappoint; but, Charlie is a such a messed up person.
