we’re counting down our picks for the onscreen couples with zero magnetism. Our countdown includes The Room, Howard the Duck, Marry Me, and more! Which one of these couples do YOU think has the least amount of attraction Be sure to

Completely agree with no1, Robert P is a good actor, he had more chemistry with his onscreen family than he did with Kristen and Taylor! No offence to either KS and TL but both aren’t the strongest actors, not to mention the blatantly obvious CGI of Bella and Edward’s daughter.
The Harry Potter books were exceptional (yes I’m bias) but the films left a lot to be desired. One Emma W and Daniel R had more chemistry together than Daniel did with Boonie, hell even more than Rupert and Emma and Romione were my fav ship! It was the overall way they wrote the films that left a sour taste in many mouths, where was Peeves, we needed more Fred and George, hopefully the tv series can make up for it.
Down the gutter lane to Fifty Shades, I’m just gonna say it Dakota Johnson isn’t the strongest actress, I’ve seen her in other films and found her acting even more abysmal. Same as Jamie, out of all the side characters in OUAT he was the weakest as far as acting goes. The only decent actor in those films was Christians Mother! Writing and direction of the films wasn’t the best either.
Sometimes you can make books into films or a tv series and it will be a success, even though all 3 did well they have had more complaints since there release.
As for the multiple JLo mentions I’m not surprised.

I really really like Bride and Prejudice, but I would include Aishwarya Rai Bachchan & Martin Henderson as Lalita & Darcy. The musical numbers, Pride & Prejudice inspiration, & the family dinamics are great, but unfortunately the main couple has zero chemestry. I think most of the fault lies with Henderson, who is very wooden, but the writing is also a problem. Lalita changes character when they interact, & not for the better.

I can't say I agree with the whole list but some of them are on the nose. Not sure who would have good chemistry, though, with an anthropomorphic duck. Also, Katie Holmes turned down the follow up Batman movie to do another movie instead where she got to work with an older actress she idolized (Diane Keaton Lordy, I can't remember right now but I just watched a thing about it a couple of days ago)

The only one I really disagree with is Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard in Jurassic World. Yes, they argue and fight through much of the first movie, but I think it makes sense that their ideas and feelings about each other change when they are fighting for their lives. They also seem to get along really well in real life, so I think that their friendship helped their onscreen chemistry.

To add to Ben Platt and Kaitlyn Dever's lack of chemistry, Evan is lying to Zoe about having known her dead brother before he passed, and frames things that he himself likes about Zoe as being what Connor loved about her. This is incredibly creepy, not to mention hugely manipulative, and Zoe is desperate for signs that the troubled Connor cared for her.

The outlandishly older man/younger woman trope is stuck in the 1950's. Nobody dates like that, anymore. Every time I see a 20 year age gap as normalized, I find it hard to believe, and quite frankly sickening. We need more female directors and producers, putting out realistic couple pairings that everyone would enjoy, not just middle-aged men.

I mean, tbh there's a reason why a LOT of the movies on this list are not known for being good in the first place. Some in any manner at all, not just character chemistry. You can just tell which ones are terrible with writing, casting, acting, and directing. So of course they'd suck in this department as well.

I dont agree wit atleast 90% of the couples talked about. I loved most of these couples. are you kidding me, maid in manhattan Say whatever you can about Jlo but she kills the romcoms. hello the bounty hunter. lol nor nor that's just a few I really dnt agree with

The problem with a lot of these pairings is that the actors have completely different vibes. Like imagine them in the style of Looney Tunes, and the other in the style of Hobie Brown (Spider-Man: Across the Spider Verse, it doesn't mesh.

Owen Wilsons face looks like melted wax. Why would he do that to himself The hairpiece was bad enough, but his entire face was awful. We grew to appreciate, maybe even love the nose. Why couldn’t he quit while he was ahead

With Daniel Radcliffe and Bonnie Wright, the two have opened up mutliple times about how awkward the romance was for them considering they grew up with each other on set and the kids thought of eachother as family

I hate to say it, but most of the blunders are from the women. They can't seem to muster the fake love for their male costar. Guys seem to do it all the time in real life, so they can pull it off. LOL

Calling it - Hayden and Natalie SHOULD NOT be on this list! I've re watched the prequels alot love them and they have chemistry so much MUCH better than other actors so not happy with them being here

Lmao Tom cruise is one of the most charismatic actors what are you smoking to me he has about the appeal of an old sock he’s a brainwashed has been sorry not sorry

Ezra and Amira from You People. There have been plenty of stories about interracial couples where the chemistry is amazing, but Ezra and Amira wasn't one of those couples.

I've always prefered Maggie over Katie as Rachel Dawes.
Even though I think Katie played the love interest better but Maggie was more convincing as a lawyer.

I think the most chemistry I've seen from Hugh Grant were with Julia Roberts in Notting Hill, Julianne Moore in 9 Months, and Renee Zellweger in Bridget Jones

I loved Harry and Jenny romance in harry potter. I also love Hayden and Natalie romance in Star wars I don't think that they should have been on the list.

What about Jaime and Jenny in BLUE BEETLE
It felt so forced that I was constantly reminding my friends that Bruna Marquezine only dated Neymar for publicity
