Okay, so under normal circumstances, I am not in favour of spanking, but I can say that Calliou and D. W. are the exception. And let’s not forget Lola Loud from THE LOUD HOUSE! She’s well known for instigating everything, starting about 80% of the fights, being bossy AF (trust me, Lori ain’t got nothing on her) pushing and manipulating Lincoln and the other sisters to follow her lead hmmm, what else I would be very remiss to remind you all about that episode where Lola wanted Lincoln to do something for her, and he was only 20% (at the most) listening. While he was helping the other sisters, he tried to ask them what it was that Lola wanted, and when the others couldn’t help him, they told him to figure it out because you don’t want to make Lola mad, telling him their stories about how Lola screwed them over when they did so. (Frankly, I was about thinking about her deleting Luna’s songs from her computer and tampering with Lisa’s science projects) When Lincoln succeeded in PISSING LOLA OFF, all hell broke loose, and I mean that literally.

You put Spencer on here, yet you also put him and Teddy in the honorable mentions of your best live-action Disney couples. Apart from him cheating on Teddy during Season 1, I thought he was good; he hoped to get back with Teddy, but was respectful to her decisions. They also tried their long distance relationship, but it was hard for them and Teddy did choose Beau. It's not his or her fault that Beau's career led to them splitting and then Teddy getting back together with Spencer, while anyone else attracted to her (Emmet and Derrick) weren't a good fit. Can't you replace him with Megan Parker I must say, at least you have listened to the fans, quit victim-blaming Tori and instead have started pointing the finger at Robbie and Rex. (Robarazzi, anyone) And all throughout Wizards of Waverly Place, I wasn't sure whether Alex or Justin was worse. All the same, thank you for not putting Peppa Pig on here.

Some of the kids show characters on this list are either tolerable or just plain annoying. Also why is Robbie and Rex on this list I thought some people love these two. By the way, even though D. W. is annoying and bratty sometimes, she at least got better as the seasons progressed. Caillou on the other hand is just a spoiled brat and his parents are no help either. At least his parents aren't as terrible as Preston and Priscilla Northwest from Gravity Falls. Overall, I think the characters on this list are either tolerable or just plain awful, but that's just me. Also I liked Caillou in Season 4 and Season 5, why couldn't he be like that in the earlier seasons

I did watch Caillou once as a kid and I found him so annoying and unlike able that I decided to never watch it again from throwing massive tantrums when things didn’t go his way to abusing his baby sister and he never got punished for any of that and I also couldn’t stand Sarah from Ed Edd n Eddy she’d constantly threaten to rat Ed out for literally no reason to yelling and pounding him and his friends and Jimmy was just as bad as her he’d pitch in on all the awful things they’d do to the Ed’s I hated all of those characters as a kid and still can’t stand them to this day

Great list and glad to see DW on this list in which I couldn't agree more, while I love Arthur but can't stand DW, I think she's about as bad as Angelica. I thought she was annoying, selfish, rude, obnoxious, native and an ungrateful spoiled ignorant, tattletale
brat. No wonder Arthur can't stand her and they way she's constantly bothering Arthur all the time and messing with this stuff was annoying.
I also blame the parents and not to mention they kinda favorite her over Arthur. I also stand Randall and Vicky.

When I babysat my nephews & nieces (back around the turn of the millennium, the WORST cartoon was by FAR, CAILLOU!
The kids liked it, & I couldn't stomach it. I feel embarrassed as a Canadian for this show. The parents of Caillou never punish this balled-headed, obnoxious-spewing belligerent child.
I have a few colleagues who worked on good/popular Cartoons [16Teen, Beavis & Butthead, Justice League, Totally Spies & Archer], & they all hated Caillou the most.

I knew Caillou would be on top of the list, People only see caillou on the bad side. I however only saw him his imaginative side, his good side when I watched him on Sprout as a kid I actually liked him and all the stuff he imagines to make everyday more fun. This 4 year old kid is not everyone’s cup of tea, but I still like him and I’ll remember him from then on cuz I have an imaginative behavior because of him. As well as all my childhood friends I’ve watched as a kid!

DW and caillou are worse than any character on here because in some of the others cases( not that I'm excusing their behavior but, had unfortunate events that happened to them or directly around them. DW and Caillou didn't, and they never had actual cause and effect for the things they did or said

I read online in the book Caillou bite his sister in the book but they changed it to pinch for the show cause they thought it be less violent and then they just straight up banned the episode because so many people complained, it was banned in the US not sure about other countries though
