I am a speech communication major at Georgia State University. Your argumentation is actually spot on, you even ended with a pathos appeal. However, I would have started with an ethos establishment, letting Nintendo know you are an authority on this matter. Given the fact you didn't do this, your argument is completely in jeopardy)
