Anyone find it dumb you need a full shiv to open a door like I understand the argument that you need it the shiv in best condition possible to open it or else it-ll break before the job gets done but you can open shiv doors with single use shivs that are worse then three use shivs because you don-t know how you to make good shivs yet but if you have a shiv with two out of three charges it doesn-t work but if you have a shiv with two out of two charges it does work so shouldn-t a shiv with two out of three charges be the same as a shiv with two out of two charges like you see the problem I have here right

Please read me if you have one or two trophies that won-t pop up.
Try to play the game in a new save, offline without connecting to a WiFi, that for some reason will solve the problem, I tested it in multiple accounts and it worked.
Just make sure you go to Settings > Network > and click off the the - Connect to the internet-
Play the entire game offline and it should work
Ask me If you have any questions.

I'm on my 5th run of this game and still stuck on 12 shiv doors.
I've done easy with no guide.
After doing easy with a guide, the game registered 2 doors.
After easy+ with a guide, the game registered 12 doors.
After survivor with a guide, I'm still at 12 doors.
I've opened every door 3 times and still only on 12 in the stats menu?

Im here. Almost 2019 waiting for The Last Of Us II to come out and I realize that it was so sad the fact that Henry survived for so long and kept his brother alive for so long and just for their journey to end trying to escape Pittsburgh all for a cause that would have been destroyed even if they escaped.

Damn that third door, the first one in Bill's Town, it's gotta be bugged or something. I've gone through multiple times and opened that up, didn't pop. Loaded via chapter select just now, tried again and I got my platinum (still took a while for the game to realize it though.

12/13 on my first playthrough. I think i did all of them. Maybe I died and it didn't register. How am i supposed to know which one I missed? About to start on survivor+, dont think ill have enough shivs to open all the doors. What should i do?

If you missed one just reload the chapter you need, and unlock it and the trophy will pop up. If you want to see completion, just check when the last autosave was, if it says less then 1 minute ago, then it's all good.

Just started a new game and used the shiv early on not knowing i would need it for the door its been so long since i played way back on ps3 days and now on pc, thinking of going back just for a door lol

if i played it on hard and missed a few door and sum collectibles and i play it on easy+ (For Shivs for door trophie) Do I still need to grab every collectible or jus the ones i missed?

Has anyone ever felt the ache in your soul when you find a locked door but don't have enough supplies to craft a shiv so you just have to walk away in shame and regret.

my game is broken i think, i did open all 13 gates with shiv but didnt get the trophy. plus when i check the statics, it says 12. so annoying

Great guide! If the game didn-t count one of the shiv doors in a play through, go back in chapter select and open them that way

When you complete this game on grounded mode, had like 20 walkthroughs and still missed 6 shiv doors.
