Definitely one of the most powerful editions of Billboard Top 40! We have every opportunity to enjoy pop, rock, soul in their prime (you even have The Beatles and The Rolling Stones by Aretha Franklin, wow. My all time favourite 80's band was able to blend it altogether and 2: 50 was their last American hit.

Can you do US Billboard Top 40 Singles for the week ending of September 7, 1985 St. Elmo Fire by John Parr does have a number 1 for first of 2 weeks, after knocking out The Power Of Love by Huey Lewis & The News which spent 2 weeks at the number 1 spot on August 24, and August 31, 1985.

I was 12 then and getting into music bought first single Run DMC walk this way and livin on a prayer around this time. I recognise most but. I think some may have been US releases only so a pleasant surprise to hear them for the first time.

Nothing like them damn 80s. Rather u were into rock/rap/nu wave/r&b/synthwave/metal/jazz etc. All 80s music just had a different twang.
I loved pretty much every genre of 80s music (except country lol)

Wow I'm an 80s teen and I know all the songs except for 3 songs: Nu shooz, van halen and journey. It's oct 8 2021 and I have those songs in my flac collection. Keep 'em coming.
