If you want to limit a population there must be some other, more clever plans, but they never got along with them. Normally, populations regulate themselves.
here in Europe, the do not want wolfes i. e. But re-imported beavers or complain about ungulates eating and damaging trees. or hogs ploughing fields. If they accepted each species, the animals could find a blance.
Like here, we have not that vast country like you in US or Canada. If they stow up a little river, it causes problems. soakes green land, i. e. Or the beavers cut down rows and rows of nice old trees along the rivers.
Another example.
I knew farmers who shot the huge owls, and other big birds - and then started howling about mice and snakes (mountain regions) in abundance.
Bldy hell, start to accept Mother Natures Way and stop being so hysteric about having controll.
I also met farmers who seem to HATE all wild life.
Its c r a z y. Relaxxxx! Stop torturing animals for the illusion of gaining control, please.

I live on a farm, and we have killed skunks to protect our chickens. After killing about 4 skunks in one year, you start to realize that killing predators does abosuletely nothing to solve the problem. If you want to protect your livestock and animals, you have to be willinging to spend extra money on their securing their living spaces. Like putting down fence on the ground so that no animal can dig underneath the fence and get to your animals, or spending money to get a protection animal that would deter any predators. Most of the predators that go after your livestock or poultry are night hunters, so even if you just secure their sleeping areas, you already decrease your chances of your animals getting killed by quite a lot.

Thats very disturbing, I obviously don't know all the details behind the reasons for these acts. But even with context, using what would be considered warcrime devices upon wildlife simply to protect livestock is horrific. Why can't they protect livestock with fences or smart usage of guard animals, or simply hire people to watch the livestock areas And shouldn't this hurt wild life populations you know, those things already in a bad way because of us.
Though again, I don't know all the details but this is terrible either way.

how can people be so ruthless. even a small heart matters. why do they need to kill animals. once when i was small my teacher asked me what you want to become when you grow up i said i want to become a wildlife officer i want to save animals that are getting killed. i want to stop hunters from killing animals. i love animals more than anything else in the world. nd me being a pet lover having 11 rabbits 2 dogs 2 parrots. i feel really bad for the animals which got killed.

Wildlife services should be told hateful things, they should screamed at and treated poorly for doing that to animals, that agency shouldn’t even be allowed to exist and be treated a a threat to wildlife and should be shut down by the government permanently never to be seen again and should be sued thousands of dollars

Even if saving livestocks why killing animals like that it's pure murdering in inhumane way, when will people understand to take things without violence if they put this much money in think some healthy way to save livestock this many lives never suffered just to get rid of anything easily humans do so many unnecessary shits.

What reason can you have to kil wild animals like this i get that wild animals near humans are dangerous but we took ground and teritory away from them we have to learn to live with them what if a kid touches one of those things a pet is horrible enough already it just sounds like a painful death not even showing mercy

I can understand animal control to some grade, but these bombs are inhumane and a danger for any life form. Can be a pet, a non-target wild animal, or even a kid/human fooling around with the object without knowing the danger.
