Dog Brothers Claim Newborn Baby Sister As Their Own Goldens are the best baby friends ever. Miller is the luckiest girl to have TWO of them. As long as theyre around her, shell be safe. I love how you allow and encourage Winston & Doug to form a bond with Miller from birth. Thats why they think shes THEIR baby. Its also a blessing for Miller, as she can feel their love for her, and knows they are not only lifelong friends & protectors, but they are family who just like mommy & daddy, give her 100% unconditional love. Now THATS priceless!

Words can’t describe how much this video warms my heart. Sending lots of love to you Doug and Winston and your little darling.
It’s so heartwarming to see babies and dogs bonding like this, it’s that little ray of sunshine we all need to brighten up our day

Dogs are more aware than we give them credit for. The dogs probably knew the mother was pregnant before the mother did. If they are aware the child is part of the family, and the dogs are well socialized with other people, there should be no problems.

So it's really cute but never understood why parents would let their dogs lick a newborn. Dogs just love licking squirrel poop, other dog's poop, dead animals, themselves. probably not a good thing for a still developing immune system.

Dogs don’t love babies. A dog sees its comrades as a pack. The dog is just providing for the pack the baby has no emotional connections to these canines. The dogs just pity the baby
EDIT: Honestly I feel bad for these dogs

People that have dogs & then have a baby. Please, PLEASE for the love of God don't forget you have a dog. I've seen it a couple times and it's heart breaking & infuriating at the same time.

What a lucky, lucky little girl!
I had wished for a dog all my childhood years and had to wait until I reached 34 years till I could welcome my first dog into my life.

It’s strange when parents give children common last names to children as first names. My friend is called Beresford Leatherback.

Why are little girl names being phased out

My little sister’s first word was Drake, which was the name of our beloved Lab. He was a perfect nanny.

Dogs lick baby's face raises a question about hygiene, I don't think it's a good idea to let it be so.
