Me alegra que quedemos personas en el mundo que tambien aman a las palomas tan perseguidas y repudiadas por tantas otras que siguen creyendo en topicos sobre ellas, son una especie mas que se adapta como puede a un entorno hostil para sobrevivir porque cada vez queda menos de su entorno natural y como el resto de criaturas sienten y padecen, son capaces de dar amor y merecen el nuestro y, al menos, nuestro respeto

I raised a pigeon called Paloma. She lived with me, my cat and my dog for 14 years, I cried many tears when she died during the pandemic because the vet would not see her as she was considered less important than regular pets. Heartbreaking.

People don't realize how smart pigeons are. At one point they were revered and paid the highest regards. Now a days people treat them as a nuisance. I'm glad this couple extended a helping hand and cares for this pigeon!

Pigeons are actually wonderful birds. They're smart and affectionate and highly trainable. They started out as a domesticated animal but were abandoned over time. I'd happily care for a pigeon.

She was definitely an ugly duckling story. She went from looking quite pitiful to being a beautiful bird with a cool pattern and colors.
