Try out ThePremium Network for free When you look at a logo, you might think that this company simply chose this design because they thought that it looked good. But youll be surprised to know that, unconsciously, a picture really does say a thousand words. When designers know the secrets that are hiding inside our brains, they can use it to their advantage to make a brand more successful. And do you want to know how they do this? Stay tuned as we show you The Psychology Behind Famous Logos. There are a lot of theories on the Apple logo. But when you look at the original logo, you can see a drawing of Newton sitting under a tree with a fruit that is just about to fall on his head. This is why we could say that the company is associated with knowledge, as we can get a lot of information when we have access to a computer. If you want to know more about this, make sure you watch our video to know what a man who studied semiotics thinks about that! There is also a symbol in McDonalds logo. But this time, it is hidden because it is a little more inappropriate. In the 60s, a psychologist worked on the new logo of the company and said that his subliminal message would attract more customers. He also said something about Freudian theories. But if you want to see what is hidden in the logo, youll have to watch the video until the end. Maybe this could explain why McDonalds is so popular. 1: 08 OR, I don't know. Famous brand will most probably mean a product of a higher quality? For instance - I'm a reebok fan atm. Why, you might ask? Simple - because in more than 5 years I didnt manage to destroy at least one pair of reebok sneakers. Im buying new ones just because Im mentally tired of the old ones while still trying to finish them off. I've tried puma. I've tried adidas. I've tried nike. Every single time it ended up with me having a horrible wearing experience if the thing won't be destroyed in a season. But I'm consciously buying reebok atm because I know it wont suck.
And the logo itself won't make anyone buy anything, it's just a thing that helps people to associate a brand with a product. If the product is bad - people won't buy it. It will be just famously bad.

The oldest computer dates all the way back to Adam and Eve
SURPRISE SURPRISE! It was an apple!
But it had extremely limited memory
Just one byte!
Then everything crashed.

They missed the fact that the McDonald's logo looks like a package of McDonald's fries! The golden arches are the fries, and the red part of the sign under them is the box.

That breasts thing in the McDonald's logo was an accident, just like the MOM on the newer Wendy's logo.
