Weve seen some amazing SpiderMan performances but whose interpretations have we missed over the years? From young actors getting their start to seasoned veterans ready for fame, a whole range of very special performers have given their all and even completed some screen tests and got major meetings but unfortunately, no gig for them though some did make their Marvel mark later on. Tom Holland was up against some stiff competition, including some Netflix stars, upandcoming actors, and THE Timothe Chalamet. Holland is actually quite a fan of one of the actors and hopes maybe hell get to act opposite one of the onceuponatime Peter hopefuls! When Marc Webb was getting ready to cast Peter Parker in The Amazing SpiderMan, there was no shortage of talent. Picking just one person for the role was a struggle with so much talent to contend with. One of the actors who was considered for the part wound up joining the MCU a few years later, so those auditions definitely didnt go to waste! Josh Hutcherson auditioned but not getting the role meant he could play Peeta, so things definitely worked out in that case. Alden Ehrenreich actually auditioned for a couple of different roles but this Spidey world just wasnt for him. The search for the first SpiderMan was fierce and the audition room was full of brilliant and widely known performers were talking a couple Oscar winners! They were all different but they all brought something special the search for Peter Parker is never easy, but someone has to do it!

no offense but i can't imagine someone else as spiderman from those aside from Tom, well he made me tampered in my mind that he must be the only one by his phenomenal portrayal

I didn't watch the video yet but for the actors who audition for homecoming sure were great but Tom is the character without even trying to act he just made to be Spider-Man
