I think those messed up most famous Disney villains were evil on the outside because they were sad inside. So I think that, after playing Sadness on Inside Out, Phyllis Smith should play Ursula in the live-action/CGI remake of The Little Mermaid. If Ursula is the most messed up Disney villain, I think should be the live-action remade one who could show us what makes villains so evil and that's sadness. So, therefore, I recommend that, after playing Sadness on Inside Out, Phyllis Smith should play Ursula in the live-action/CGI remake of The Little Mermaid to show people that villains are evil on the outside because they're sad inside!

Hades is the god of the under world in charge of the dead souls with a lot of responsibilitys he takes good care of
I think he got evil bc he was threaded so poorly and everyone saw him as evil and feared him as death was said being a bad thing he was unloved by the ppl and jealous of Zeus thats why I think he got evil not sure tho
Maybe do some more research on the god hades himself not only what u got from the movie Hercules ok

Hades is my favorite Disney villain. My main reason for him being my favorite Disney villain is that he's one of my 4 patron gods. My other patron gods are both of his younger brothers Zeus and Poseidon and Anubis from ancient Egyptian mythology. My matron goddesses are all 3 of Hades older sisters, Hestia, Demeter, and Hera and from Roman mythology, Lupa.

Cruella is a schemer lol. She's rich lol. The woman gave her the idea to use puppy fur instead of adult fur and when she saw no spots now she can't do it she tells her the spots come later. She kept giving her information otherwise shed given up on the puppies coat
