I think that Noah and Elle are gonna stay together even though Noah is in college and are going to be in a long distance relationship. I also think Noah is going come back to where Elles house where she lives with her parents to ask her parents for their hand in marriage and then he is going to ask her to marry him at dinner or brunch party because hes in love with her and want to spend the rest of his life with her, then I believe shell find out a day later shes pregnant after asking Elle to marry him. I cant wait!
