Funny, how even Cruellas Backstory doesn't add up with Disneys own (older) decicions. In the movie Cruella (2021, Disney+) the story is VERY different from what's mentiond here. I don't want to spoiler anyone who hasn't seen the movie yet, but things just don't add up with the old backstory that Disney created. So you can take two very different Storylines to think about theories on how Carlos ended up this way. And with the new backstory it would even make sence that Jasper could be his father. Either him that other guy that was introduced in the movie. But I don't recall the name right now and I also don't remember if he was already part of the orignal storyline or if he was added only for the Cruella movie.

her fear of dogs is because they killed her stepmom and her real mom sent the dog and then she pretened to die then was evil
