I think it's actually Uma. The seaweed like hair could easily hide the snakes. We even see a stone-colored grey before we actually see her hair. Medusa's eye power could be in Uma's seashell necklace. I even saw a streak of green like blue stream across Dizzy's neck. The blur that makes everyone's friendship broken could be the sound of a hiss. Uma's unknown father could've been the one who was saying Your future in Mal's Darkness and I am thinking it is Chernabog from Fantasia and speaking of stone, he was a part of a stone mountain.

i don't think Audrey is the real villain i mean yes they did show that in the movie but that would never happen if her grandma didn't say your mother could hold on to a prince in her sleep so for me Audrey was not the real villain
