I think Celia is the villain of Descendants 3 because she could've signed the paper herself so that she'll be able to get into Auradon Prep. Then, when she got onto the campus, Celia wasn't just relieved to finally see the college. She was relieved to spread around that purplish-pink in the sky. For Audrey could've been looking over in that blank Terror Card may have been Mor'du's throne room in Dun Broch, Scotland. The villain behind the stone curse could've been him himself.

But the cruel things Mal did in Auradon was because they did something to her
Example, the reason Mal changed Jane's hair back to normal because Jane and Audrey were bulling her
And the reason Ben didn't bring all the vk's to Auradon is because in DESCENDANTS the first movie, he said that he will start with a few and SLOWLY
start bringing more over

I blame belle and beast. Think about it. If it wasn't for BEN Mal wouldn't have him, Evie wouldn't have Doug, and Carlos wouldn't have Jane. Plus all of them would still be living on the isle pretending to be evil to please their parents. Even until now i blame them. Ben is kinda the real hero. He wasn't responsible for any of his parents' evil schemes
