Guys Evie has powers the evil queen is very powerful she has powers I just feel like she doesn't believe in using it that much worst because her mother mostly taught her that what's important is her beauty and fashion hence why she doesn't believe in using magic. She is a witch yes she is awesome at spells like her mother she just doesn't believe in it I feel if it was really a important issue or smth too hard like for insistence smth happened to Mal and uma the source of magic maybe Evie would have stepped in and helpped trust me she is powerful very if you have watched once upon time and ever after high you know she has powers but probably doesn't like using it as much as Mal hence why u see her telling Mal to give her spellbook to the museum

Okay I know you may not believe me but I am writing this before watching the video, my thoughts are that Evie did always have powers like her mother. Did anyone mention in Snow White that no one liked the evil queen, no, maybe because one of her powers was deceiving and or being convincing, sound like someone hmm, and Evie also helped Mal with the potion in the 1st movie cough-poisonapple-cough then there of course could be more powers but I can't remember now
