A couple of points, first, Hermione doesn't actually use the Obliviate spell on her parents in the books. The movies got that one wrong. Obliviate permanently erases one's memory. Hermione's spell implanted a new, false memory over her parents' still intact original memories to not only make them forget about her but to also make them think that they were totally different people and move to Australia. After Harry killed Voldemort and the 2nd Wizarding War ended Hermione went to Australia and restored her parents' original memories & identities. (Imagine having that conversation) Obliviate can't be undone. It's permanent. Just ask Lockhart.
Second, Sirius's close relationship with Harry isn't because he sees Harry as a replacement for James, and neither the look on Harry's face when Sirius dies nor the devastation he feels has anything at all to do with Sirius calling him James. It was all about losing Sirius, his godfather, the closest thing he had ever known to a parent, and his one chance at having a proper family one day. Sirius calling him James during the battle was completely irrelevant!

just saying, the only reason the (awful) burning the burrow scene was there was cuz they wanted to get Bellatrix more involved into the movie. thats basically all there is to it. and then cuz it wasnt in the books, it had no consequences, which makes it a huge disappointment. this didnt deserve to get in over more of Voldemorts memories
Edit: wait wut? you seriously think the cafe scene in Half Blood Prince was good? uhhmm. no lol. it makes any relationships he had with both Cho and Ginny seem completely pointless. and the fact this replaced watching Dumbledore passively aggressively let them drink mead is insulting to the books
Edit AGAIN: the but i am the chosen one scene may be funny, but it is also completely out of character for Harry, he would never, NEVER imply that being the chosen one makes him more important than others, thats just not how he thinks. the more i see this vid, the more i see it is filled with utter nonsense lol

When Hermione shook hands with Ron, she was supposed to hug him like Harry but she felt a bit embarrassed and improvised instead. But it works really well, which is why it made it to the final cut.

The awkward handshake was actually improvised by Emma Watson, She said that she was a little bit shy to hug both Dan and Rupert at that time and the scene went way better than the scripted one

I saw the Nice one James scene in a more tragic light on Sirius' part; that the trauma he'd suffered in Azkaban caused him to struggle to separate the past from the present.

Harry and Hermiones relationship is one of the few things the movie did better if you ask me. I like how its as if they were dating, but they arent. Its honestly amazing.
