These Disney Moments Were Totally Unscripted! We dont typically think of animated films as movies that would have much improvisation, but it turns out some of the best Disney scenes were born of adlibs! Were going through some of the best adlib moments in our favorite Disney films; animated and liveaction! Remember the scene where Aladdin and the Genie meet the royals when Aladdin is posing as Prince Ali? Its pretty authentically awkward, spontaneous and hilarious and thats because it was improvised from start to finish. Then there was the scene where LeFou tried to calm Gaston down by whispering words of violence and battle yea, definitely not the original Disney script! Josh Gad did loads of improvising when recording his role as Olaf in Frozen and he was actually surprised to see how many made the cut! The team knew theyd struck gold and included many adlibs. How about Seth Rogen as Pumbaa riffing with hilarious oneliners that made the cut? He and Billy Eichner made a stellar team recording the dynamic duo of Timon and Pumbaa their first rehearsal was actually improvising the whole film! Timons zingers were nothing short of comic genius and all spontaneously came from the Eichner! Robin Williams made history with his performance as the Genie in Aladdin it was an incredible character and Williams was actually responsible for about 8090 percent of the dialogue. There were actually about sixteen hours worth of extra recordings from Williams! Remember Marlins bumbling joke delivery in Finding Nemo? That was not scripted a full day of takes were done and the joke wasnt performed the same way once!

Josh Gad has some of the greatest improv in Disney. His Samantha joke and Oh look at that, I've been impaled could even give robin Williams a run for his money

Some of Disney's greatest lines and scenes happened completely off-script, and much of our favorite flicks were intentionally planned.
