Behind The Scenes Stories With The Cast From Sex Education!
The third season of Sex Education brought a whole lot of memorable experiences for the cast and crew on set. From a major storyline nearly being cancelled to one of the actors dogs being hired to work on the set, it was never a dull moment with this crew.
The clubbing scenes looked totally wild on screen but the fact is, the cast was dancing in total silence for the most part they only had 10 seconds of actual music. To make up for the lack of tunes in the party scenes, Ncuti Gatwa put together a whole playlist for the season, choosing songs to inspire each of his scenes. FKA Twigs was the artist of one very special song in the list!
While most of the cast members spent some time on the train on their way to Wales to film, Mimi Keene often spent four hours driving to set each way, taking the time to soak up nature and wildlife. Luckily she had the best company three of her pups! While the whole crew came along to keep the actress company, Keene was playing chauffeur to one of her dogs who happens to play the role of her dog on the show as well!
Some scenes nearly didnt make the story at all the Nigerian weddings scenes faced trouble because of travel restrictions and one other scene took twenty full takes to get right. Luckily, all these memories were captured forever by Lily actress Tanya Reynolds, who despite having an emotional time filming certain scenes, captured moments behind the scenes with the cast and crew on an actual film camera. Lord There's plenty of plot points to pick up when season three returns, but we have faith in Laurie Nunn. The show creator has shown she's one of the best when it comes to dealing with multiple characters, storylines and dramas.
