In order to give these characters their iconic looks, many of the actors behind the roles had to first sacrifice their comfort.
Willem Dafoe had to wear dental prosthetics so that his jaw could actually look more normal to portray the nefarious, egomaniacal, insane billionaire supervillain Norman Osborne aka the Green Goblin in the 2002 Spider-Man flick. While these costumes, makeup, and prosthetics may have been uncomfortable at first, many of the actors thought it paid off in the end, especially since they got their chance to shine on the big screen.

actually andrew was the only spidey that could use his phone since his suit had gloves so he could remove them. I believe it was tom that said this in an interview
