As far as my favorite doctor in Doctor Who is concerned, my number one favorite would be Peter Davison a. k. a. the fifth doctor, number two favorite would be Tom Baker a. k. a. the fourth doctor, number three favorite would be John Pertwee a. k. a. the third doctor, my fourth favorite would be Sylvester McCoy a. k. a. the seventh doctor, and the fifth favorite would be Colin baker as the sixth doctor. The honorable mentions for my favorite doctors would be Christopher Eccleston and Jodie Whittaker. Unfortunately however, I have not seen much of the Jodie Whittaker version but I have to add her into it because she-s the first woman to play the doctor in its main continuity.

When it comes to Doctor Who, my favorite Doctor, is the show itself. I know people will say, - that's not the Doctor, that's just the show -, but I disagree. The show is whatever it needs to be for different people. I love every single incarnation ( regeneration) of the Doctor. However the show is what gets me. If I HAD to pick favorites though, for classic Who, Tom Baker, New Who, Matt Smith.

The fact that you added in Doctor Who and Hermione and left out Bishop. The Doctor can not control time, he uses a device called the T. A. R. D. I. S and Hermione can not control time she used a device called The Time Turner. If the list was titled Top 10 Characters Who Use Time Travel then I would be ok with it.

also being able to to travel time isnt controlling time. none of these people can ACTUALLY control time meaning make it speed up slow down or stop. all of these people travel time and dont control it. YOU also left off HIRO from Heroes. he can ACTUALY control time. TRASH LIST.

Great list Another one you could have added was Quicksilver. When he was depowered after M-Day he started using terrigen mists and he got limited time travel powers. He could fast forward himself in time by a couple seconds.
