I-ve got a great idea.
Let-s make the Scarecrow a member of a Batman trilogy. The first one can show him working for the mob and his slow turn to scarecrow. He could poison Batman-s love interest and Batman has to save her life. Later on, we can have a scene where Batman is fighting mobsters and scarecrow is there along with some Batman imposters. There can be a scene when an imposter tells Batman they want to help to which Batman can reply that he doesn-t need their help and then scarecrow can chime in and say that-s not his diagnosis. That-s can be in the second movie and in the third we can have him being a judge when villains run wild in Gotham. I think this is a hundred million dollar plot line for scarecrow in a trilogy of big budget Batman movies. I also think cilian Murphy would be awesome in the role. Maybe we could even get Christian bale as Batman

This dude need fired I don't hate on ppl but scarecrow was in more movies than any villain other than joker n loki the skulls r in two damn movies venom 2 has been announced for ever and then to top it all off he even says marvel missed the opportunity in captain marvel for the skrulls omfg the whole movie is about the kree vs them ya your fired

The X-Men is a large enough team to not need crossovers. Between Age of Apocalypse, Days of Future Past and Sentinels/Prime Sentinels (Bastion) they can have a big showdown. Minus the aliens never liked the X-Men in space. IMO it's at it's best when they're fighting for equality

Carnage will. be in venom 2, dakesied will be in the syndercut next year, the skrulls were in captain marvel, modok is rumored to be apart of marvel phase 4. Grodd and grundy were both on live action shows and scarecrow was in the bale batman films and the Gotham show

If it's a mo-cap character, just get Andy Serkis. Any guy that can bring sympathy to Gollum, Caesar, and even that terribly written version of King Kong by Peter Jackson deserves the CGI crown!
