I agree that many of these heroes share similar qualities with Batman, I don't think any one of them is directly a rip-off. That would be like saying that Ford ripped off Chevy 'cause there trucks look alike and do the same thing.
The one truest Batman rip-off character wasn't even mentioned, and it's another direct from the DC stable. Catman, although he's a villain, is not just a rip-off but a parody of Bats himself.

Rorschach is inspired by Question, just like Night Owl is inspired by Batman, Dr Manhattan is Cpt Atom, Silk Specter inspired by I believe Black Canary if I-m not mistaken which I could be but a lot of the Watchmen characters were inspired by other DC characters because Alan Moore couldn-t get the rights to the characters he wanted to use so he created other similar characters or it was something to that extent or something lol

Don't neglect the several parallels between Iron Man and Batmna. Or the fact that spider man is just batman inverted. That's most present in his rogues gallery. You're not gonna tell me that Lizard, black cat, and the Goblin aren't stolen versions of killer Croc Catwoman and Joker.

It-s funny cus Batman-s a copy of characters like the shadow in fact little known fact the very first Batman comic was an almost exact copy of a shadow comic with the shadow replaced with Batman

Actually Watchmen was originally ment to be Charlton comics characters but Moore was talked out of it. Blue Beetle was changed to Night Owl, The Question changed to Rorschach.
