Correction. Jay Garrick is light speed. His original comics stated it over and over and over again. Back when Wally was the main Flash, Before Wally got passed his mental barrier, he even called Jay quicker then him. Jay has only gotten slower as he got older. But he was still light speed. Whatever topic yall choose next, can it please be something new? Lately has been a ton of recycled stuff like the same alternates and the same omega level mutants. I think zolomon should be higher on that list because he was able to combine the sage, strength, still and speed forces to create the forever force gaining intelligence, strength, the power to negate energy, and more. He is also able to slow time down.

Well ok Pollux was not an ultimate version (clone) of the Flash, but who knows if his character had been flesh out he could have been awesome. Maybe!
