Wolverine[Logan] IS Alpha level, just as Victor[Sabertooth) & Kyle [Wild Child] are. Their powers are passive, meaning they heave no control over them anymore than they've got control over how fast their hair grows. The Summers brothers [Cyclops, Havok, & Vulcan) all absorb solar & cosmic rays/radiation, but they've got no control over the rate their bodies absorb it. Logan is Alpha as their are they are

Juggernaut is one of my favorite characters. However, he gets beat all the time. Iceman beat him one on one. Which brings me to my point. Iceman definitely deserves a spot on this list. He-s omega level, and when he-s not goofing around, his power is frightening. He can just freeze the blood in your vessels and create ice drones of himself. Plus much much more. Still a good list though.

Storm is also one of the Omega lvl Mutants that helped terraform Mars making it habitable for mutantkind and is now the Queen, Regent, and voice of Sol, now Arrako formally Mars in the comics
(she recently had a sit down dinner with Dr Doom who came to see Arrako for himself and I also choked on my spit their conversation and interaction was so beautifully written and perfect)

Wolverine is NOT powerful, in fact I love the character because of how simplistic his power and weapon is, he is just resilient and he endures everything that he ends up winning. This is like putting Captain America in the top ten most powerful Avengers of all time, in reality he is not even top 50. Facts.

Remember when Striker shot Wolverine twice in the head with adamantium bullets? He healed but lost all memories. Remember when X23 shot X24 in the head with the same type bullet. He has Logan's full healing factor. That means he survived, healed and lost all memories. The new Wolverine.
