The Jackal clone / Scarlet Spider arc really got me when I first learned the Peter Parker I had been following for a while was a clone.

Don't get why the 'married' version couldn't just be a 'future' version anyway, not that I disliked him being married to her anyway, only changed the dynamic slightly, I mean, I always assumed it was a time skip anyway. People grow, even super heroes.
I guess we can all thank our lucky stars that M. K. Shumalamadingdong didn't get his hands on our beloved wall crawler.
Miguel, the 2099 version was fun. Liked his costume.

I am a big fan of Sasha Wood, but I have never been a fan of Spiderman. Spiderman is just the ultimate geek of the superhero worlds. I am open to the possibility that he could be good/great, but i have never seen any true evidence of this.

There's also a Japanese Spider-Man series that aired in the 70's. It resulted in something that became a mainstay in the Tokusatsu series Super Sentai. Giant Robots Piloted By The Heroes To Fight & Destroy Monsters! Megazords!
