Its more like Spider-Man betrayed Iron Man in Civil War- like Captain America, Peter is too beholden to his conscience. Tony Stark is far more pragmatic.
In Spider-Man: Nowhere Home, I think Dr. Strange was simply complying with the MCU-s Prime Directive and wanted to just let Spider-Man-s foes live out their fates. Hardly a -betrayal-.

Wait a minute, you can't say -Blood- on kid shows, you have to say -Plasma-! So, kids don't know that there's such a thing as Blood? OR, they think kids will get upset about just the mention of sight of it? Kids are often the ones playing some of the more vicious games out there. ;-)
