Why is she #2! There are much more patriotic characters(by the video's standards) then her such as:
- Aquaman - like Black Panther hes the ruler of his nation and does everything he can to keep Atlantis from being ruining from the surface world and keeping his people safe
- Namor - similar to Aquaman Namor is the ruler of Marvel's Atlantis and does his best to protect his people and even fight against the Nazis during WWII with the Invaders & All-Winners Squad
Theres More like Odin Thor, Blackbolt, Original Silver Sable(the one that's from the Balkans and fights nazis, Spirit of '76(tho honestly hes pretty unknown, Union Jack, and Isaiah Bradley(the black Captain America)
- Gladiator - who's is a OP Paragon powered superhero and leader of the Shiar(sorry not positive on the spelling) Empire and protects it with fierce brutality and loyalty to the crown even if he doesnt agree with the ruler and has even fought the X-Men believing he had to protect his people
- Original Nick Fury(not MCU, Ultimates, or Nick Fury Jr) - hes the original leader of the Howling Commandos and the headstrong gung-ho soldier during WWII, hes a soldier enhanced by the Infinity Formula which gave him longer life and youth allowing him to later on lead Shield as its Director

Here is some patriotic heroes you have Sunfire a proud Japanese citizen, namor king of Atlantis, Patriot, stargirl. Star-spangled kid and stripe. Iron Patriot, American Son, Wonder woman like super man was a symbol of Patriatism, Colossus he is proud of his farmland.

Cap America probbly no 1 due to how he has. Been used for American propaganda during ww2 in the comics and real life.
