More -too silly- than -too weak-, for most of them.
Dazzler could easily slide in eg as a case for Jessica Jones but she would not fit the usual format of storyline for a central character. I think they would have to try something totally new. perhaps sort of light or dark comedy/drama on hollywood and fame like -Dirt- or -Extras-.

Tygra is not that weak she's actually capable of equaling Moon Knight and a good chunk of characters in most stats. And is usually selected by Clint and Wanda to be the member of the West Coast Avengers to keep an eye on Moon Knight during missions for obvious reasons.
