Group 2 is exactly what I needed to hear
I had a full on breakdown yesterday about feeling like a failure and disappointing myself and others + some insecurities I never had before and not knowing where I'm going in life. I literally cried half of the night, just feeling overwhelmed with everything. I know it's normal especially as a teenager but it's still hard.
