I think while it may not be directly called out as being VATS, I believe the scene where Cooper was shooting up the people in Filly was a rather direct nod too VATS seeing as most of the time, using VATS results in a sort of bullet-time shot that often shows your bullet flying through the air before hitting your target. something that happens very frequently in that particular scene.
Also, it's kinda weird that we have the Enclave in the series because if I am not mistaken, by the end of Fallout 3, the Enclave were completely wiped out and the series takes place after the events of Fallout 4 and Fallout 76. And the developers said that the series IS in fact canon with the Fallout Lore.

Incorrect! The Vaults were not created just to house experiments. The Vaults were created as fallout shelters. However, the nuclear apocalypse seemed to be averted, as the peace talks were working. Vault Tec had already crafted the Vaults, but could not sell spaces if there was no nuclear war imminent. So, they came up with the plan to sell off Vaults to the largest companies, and pitched that they could set up whatever kind of society or experiments they wanted to. Vault Tec got the original idea from their own experiments in Vault Tec University, where they started playing social games with their overseers in-training.

To be fair, it wasn’t the safety concerns or cost of expanding nuclear tech that made it distasteful for the US to adopt. It was the fact it would have put fossil fuels out of business. There are records of politicians, scientists, journalists, and environmentalists having a much larger number in their bank accounts immediately before or after reporting nuclear wasn’t safe. As well as records showing they had ties with the Seven Sisters (the seven major oil and coal corporations in the US) and their executives. Oliver Stone made a great documentary called Nuclear Now that talks about a lot of it.

I always run the Bloody Mess perk! Doesn't everyone Since before the nukes flew the U. S. was at war for over a decade the mass production of stimpaks makes sense. Though you'd think they'd be overseas with the troops I a major war rationing and shortages are supposed to be common I like V. A. T. S. in the games. I doubt it'd make good T. V. In 2024 I play Fallout and Fallout 4.

Wasn't the biggest fan of them changing the Greatest enemy of the game from The Chinese communists to Capitolists and corporations. They supposedly dropped the bombs and not the communists. I can't stand rich people either and yes sometimes Capitolistism isn't good for some things like medical. But they always have to make sht political.

Talking about V. A. T. S. Not once does the show elude to this in any shape, way, or form he says, as he shows the slow motion shot of Coop firing a shot and the camera following the bullet, which is the in-show depiction of the V. A. T. S. system. something that is done more than once throughout the show. slow clap for the researchers

This series is literally perfect to the games. I binged the whole series and cannot wait for season 2!
Looking forward to the Super Mutants and the Deathclaws/Radscorpions
This is probably the best ever game-movie/tv adaptation ever made, well done everyone involved in the series!

The fact that you guys haven’t done like the top 10 movies of each year, or video games, or music, going back in the past, is insane to me. There’s a ton of rich lists there just waiting to be uncovered

It's too bad the first season was too short, if they tried to fit in all the stuff we didn't see it would have been WAY more rushed than it already was. Thankfully season 2 was confirmed today.

The divergence is more about the transistor not being invented. So no internet, no smart phones, no real personal computers beyond basically journals or security systems based on vacum tubes

Now that Season 2 is heading towards New Vegas, sadly we can't get Mathew Perry to make a cameo as Benny (even in a flashback since he's most likely dead by the point of the show)

Lots of people in other videos have said the non feral ghouls in the games dont turn feral all of a sudden. Just something they did in the show for drama i guess.

Gonna go out on a limb here and say the weird substance Cooper is taking is Ultrajet. I can't see why they won't write that into the story. Makes sense to me anyway

2 super mutants! #1 just a hand was sticking out.
#2 a wanted poster of one. ( I think it’s the scientist mutant in the wasteland desert. Sam or Gram )

If they have any of the fan favorite mutants, I'd love to see Fawkes! Although, I don't know how that would work, in a canonical sense.

Dude, if Benny's voice actor, Matthew Perry, was still alive- he was a big Fallout fan- he would have been great to see play an older Benny.

Noncanon show is just bad. Millions of fans are already going to boycott season 2. Let's get this trending more than it is already.
