I am Indian which is a tropical country, hence i have a lot of pigmentation on my face, can you please tell how can get rid of them and keep them from coming back.
This problem also makes me very consious and scared of sun, and being scared of sun in a troical country. well not a good combination to say the least.

I no longer use toothpaste. I only brush my teeth with Hydrogen Peroxide. It kills even more odors and brightens enamel. Get a travel sized sprayer in toothbrush aisle, fill it with Peroxide, wet your brush, then spray brush 3-4 times. Mechanical brushes work great. Just apply light touch to teeth. It has a buffing effect.

I wouldn't recommend shaving the back of your neck as it's only going to grow back thicker making the skin rough over time. I would rather recommend tweezers which would kill the hair roots permanently without damaging the skin! It works for me.
