Hi from the South of France I just started yoga following your videos a week ago So I don't think I can do head stand for the moment But I'm doing 2 sets of videos every morning I wish I will progress. But I can say I already feel better and stronger Maybe it's only in my head Thanks for sharing Take care

I dont know why, but im so afraid of inversions. I set the goal for myself, to practice with your video the next weeks so I will maybe can do the ellbow stand: ) thank you

As I am 176cm I am so afraid that I would fall down on the other side and will break my back. This looks so impossible for me; ( However, I keep trying.
