The Perfect Workout Full Body Blast & Tone

This 15 minute workout is the perfect full body toning routine that will work every muscle in your body from head to toe. Using only your own body weight you will boost your metabolism, burn fat, and strengthen all the right areas to get you summer ready. Incorporate this workout after a quick 15 min run/cardio 3-4 times per week and I promise you will begin to see unbelievable results in your body and strength. A workout that can be done almost anywhere and that will get you sweating, toning and leaning out. I was never ever a even remotely fat person just to have that information clear from the get go. But I was also never one who loved to work out and it was always something I had to make myself do in order to look good in front of others and in order to have a perfect body for the summer of course. Since I found boho beautiful thoug it has become something else entirely, I now actually crave working out and it has become something that I would not give up easily for anything. It has become my tim with me and because of how the workouts are made I always feel good about myself and my body after I have accomplished one of them.

I am obsessed with you and your workouts They are so amazing. I love the actual workouts and can totally see a change already in just a few weeks (actually noticed a difference in less. the scenery is breathtaking. the music is so beautiful and the whole experience is incredible which makes it so much easier to workout indoors. even your voice is so calming. and I like that the workouts are not too long. thank you for these and I can't wait to try all of them And, you are absolutely beautiful

I'm up I'm out I'm eating right I'm exercising and I'm feeling great took my shirt off for the first time in a couple of years and I'm not fat but I don't look like what I wish I did, but I'm beginning to and it's all because of you Boho Beautiful and Yoga Flocke thanks for reminding me of how good it feels as you get healthy I'm 70 do you have any older sisters

HOLY SHIT I USED TO ONLY BE ABLE TO DO ABOUT 2 MINUTES OF THIS ABOUT 6 MONTHS AGO AND NOW I CAN DO THE WHOLE THING WITHOUT ANY BREAKS OR MODIFICATIONS You are amazing and your videos have honestly go me hooked on yoga and workouts I can definitely see more definition in my muscles and my metabolism has definitely increased as well. I feel great

I discovered this video about a year ago now and the first time I did it I could only make it 5 minutes in before giving up. Ive been following other videos of yours daily for about a year now and then I thought Id come back to this one because I remembered I couldnt do it before and I just did the full video without a single break

Nice VDO and work out inspiration i did for 30 minutes a day at least as well, in my room with different position the most is pranking that made my muscles firm, even not perfect body as your but i will keep practice as my age can: ). thank you for sharing.

These workouts are clearly very effective, all remains for me to ask of u is to PLEASE slow down. For someone with a knee and calf injury, it is really difficult to benefit fully whilst on normal speed. Having to slow the video down is very discouraging for me.

I've been keeping do this almost every day and it's my 5th day, just 5th day but I am already not the same as on my first day I couldn't catch up her, this killed me in 30 sec, but now I can follow her gallons sweat on my entire body lol.

When I come home from work in the evening and don't have much time, this is the perfect workout for me. 15 minutes effective exercises and I have at least done something for my body. No excuses to not have anytime for exercising; )

At some point I let out a soprano scream that had my mom come and ask whats wrong but in all honesty no one gets me in shape like u girl. Youre better than the gym. Thanks to your workouts im starting to see some abs develop
