This Pilates 15 minute workout is perfect for beginners or anyone that is wanting to ease their way into building their strength and core. This mat Pilates practice will focus on strengthening and developing your upper and lower abs as well as toning and sculpting the glutes, thighs, and hamstrings. No props needed meaning you can do this Pilates Class anywhere from your bedroom to your hotel room. If you stick to including these pilates exercises into your everyday practice, I promise you will be shocked at how fast you will begin to notice results in your body. Be patient with your body and know that it takes some time to build strength. So if at any point any exercise gets too much, pause, take a break and come back to it when you're ready again. Enjoy

I like that roll up posture, I was thinking of doing a modification to roll up on the 14 day pilates challenge, I am on day 9 and the roll up and stretching forward is hard I am wondering if I should modify to got faster and do all the reps or not modify and go slow but then I cannot follow the next exercise so I modified a couple of times and then did a few less reps. I will do better tomorrow, I can feel myself becoming stronger

whenever I do one of your yoga practises I feel so at peace inside my mind that is always loud and my worst critic. your voice is so soothing, sometimes I only play your videos to listen to your voice and because of the beautiful settings. makes me want to travel, explore and go far far away from society. thank you both for everything you do, namaste

I am a teen dancer who wishing to build strength every morning to help me in class. I have looked at so many workout routines but they were much too intense for me and then stumbled across this video and it is amazing. Thank you so much looking forward to this routine again tomorrow morning. No off to the dance studio.

thank you so much for this lovely video i now start everyday with one of your videos, and try to do another one after work. so calming. iI would love to see more beginner pilates videos if it happens to fit in your filming schedule: )
