Every detail from the asanas, the sequences, the music and how they are edited make the experience very complete, expeditious and enjoyable in each instance. I've been following you for about 6 months and I already feel a huge difference in my body, mind and soul, so I can not be more grateful. It makes me very happy to know that you continue with this beautiful project and that you are traveling through South America; where there are wonderful places with very powerful energies. What an amazing video and of course amazing workout feels so good to remind Peru, and to add sme soulders and back work to the legs flexibillity workout that is wantet to be more dynamic as usually (for the 14 days split challenge) dynamic work is so much more what I easily do that I Am amazed to find this workout at day 5 (I confess that I was feeling my back and shoulders since the first day of the 15 days split challenge so I'm glad you thoough of my nice and so helpfull upback relaxation and mobiliation today The split challenge routine video is really pushing me on for staying on the split postures and it feels like I reached the entire staying time today and almost with mindfullness the whole time I'm gad I can feel the progress THANK YOU SO MUCH for this challenge

Thank you, Juliana I dedicate 15-30 minutes every morning and night to practicing with you, mixing the yoga, pilates, and cexercize videos according to how I feel (or still feel from yesterday's exercises. I have been seeing such incredible results (as has my husband) and I am so very grateful to follow you in my practice and see all the amazing places you travel to with your partner. This new video is perfection after hitting the arm, core, and leg exercises. Thank you, again

thanks you I Love all your videos there's always one depending on how you feel each day how about afew different yoga poses that would be fun too. I love yoga and keeping fit your videos are perfect for me i love nature too and find square sterile rooms boring and uninspiring. afew yoga poses in the garden beat a whole class inside a white square love 2 you both & thank you

That was the first yoga workout I tried and lets just say I still have a lot to learn, hehe, but I wasn't as bad as I thought I would be. I've started doing that 5 minute deep sleep miracle video and I like that a lot. So I thought why not try other stuff as well? And I really like that yoga class, it was not easy, but I liked it. I think I'll try more in the future.

I really love your videos so always tried it everyday You are my favorite youtuber But after I had an wrist injury, I can't do your workouts. It is the most thing that makes me sad. If you don't mind, could you please make a workout video without using wrists? That would be a big pleasure for me. Even if you can't, always thank you for your efforts. Love you
