Today i am feeling a little low. i am super tired after running retreats and working a lot with clients. This time last year i was on the plane to begin a three month trip to Peru to travel the sacred valley and spend a month in the amazon. its incredible that spirit led me to your video, back to my sacred home of peru. this is my all time favorite yin video you have createdthe length is perfect for me because it fully gives me time to have some thoughts in the beginning, let go and then be in my space for a good amount of time. also dragons at the end really opened up my hips, its crazy how after a few minutes of deep pranayama our bodies naturally let go, its almost as if thats what we are meant to do. breath and let go. thankyou

I wanted to thank you for everything you have done for me, you guys helped me so much. I feel like I learned to appreciate myself, I learned to love myself again because of your practices, it was a cleansing of my mind as well as my body. I love this video so much But I can't do the dragon pose. I'm a bit confused about why. I can get to my elbows easily in lizard, and my head is nearly at my knees in the single leg seated forward fold. But for some reason, I can't lean forward even an inch in the straddle position. Does anyone have any tips on how to make your way forward in the dragon posture? I appreciate it

Wow Loved this video. In lizard pose ended up having tears of emotional pain I feel much lighter now thank you for this practice As you are in South America I would like to suggest visiting Colombia (my home country, Parque Tayrona is among the places I think you would enjoy to visit. I've been doing your yoga using your videos for like 3 months and they have help me a lot to get in shape. My mom has notice and she wants to start doing yoga but most poses are too difficult for her to do. So I was wondering if you could do a gentle yoga routine for older people? You should go to Iceland. It recently became a popular tourist destination and it's very beautiful and picturesque. Record some videos there. Slap on comfy clothes and record them in a cute indoor room or outside in a random grass field with the beautiful mountains in the background. Iceland is a must go place for travel.
