Dear Juliana Thank you so much for making these videos, they are truly life changing. I started working out with you in March this year, and your workouts are honestly the best You even inspired me to become vegeterian(I eat eggs, milk and cheesee, nothing else from animals) I would go plant based but I am 13, so it is not good idea at this age but in a couple of years I will go vegan, I promise. Also thank you so much to introuducing me to yoga, I love it so much, and I can do advanced poses, like headstand, bird of paradise, crow. You are so amazing, and I hope I can be at least half amazing as you one day. Lots of love, namaste

I'm so in love with these videos, beautiful imagery and my yoga has improved because of you I've got a question, when doing certain moves im struggling to straighten out my knee especially when my foot is flexed it's been awhile now so I thought this would've improved. Any advice on what I could be doing to improve this or do I just need to give my knees some more time to get use to bending in strange ways? I love your videos so much. Yoga and pilates has helped my sore muscles so much. Being a runner, your videos are great for me. You inspire me so much. Ever since I discovered you, I have being doing pilates or yoga every day. My anxiety and depression has lessened a lot, too. Just finished doing this with my 4 year old daugther. Thank you for the video I remember early last year, I was about to start doing fitness again (for the first time in YEARS) and Boho Beautiful was the one I followed for 'easy yoga for beginners'. I was so unfit back then but now, WOW I'm still no pro but I do believe I've come a long way. Thank you Boho Beautiful for being part of this journey of mine. =D

Thank you for this Just a quick request/suggestion/whatnot: it would be really nice to enjoy at least part of savasana in silence without the voiceover. I get pretty easily distracted from fully relaxing because there's literally someone talking to me while I'm trying to do so. And it seems many YT yoga teachers have this habit of talking over savasana. Anyways, just throwing that out there: )

I love your videos and how you teach Have you ever considered a pregnancy series? I'm worried to do yoga now that i'm in my 2nd trimester and I cant find any teachers I connect with and would love if you did a prenatal video. Or is there someone you would recommend?
