Brad: if you see the word alcohol it doesn't necessarily mean it's like rubbing alcohol. Me: good to know but I still can't use it because my dad is severely allergic to all forms of alcohol. And before you ask yes I can't paint my Nails, dye my hair, use hairspray, bug spray, spray on sunscreen in the house. Has to be done outside which makes fall and winter months suck. during the pandemic my father has been in the hospital most of the time for anaphylaxis because of the high amount of alcohol used to sanitize everything

Speaking as someone with warm blonde highlights that I love to put pink over - while a cool pink can cancel out some of the warmth, in my experience, it makes the color look muddy. My color is so much more vibrant when I go with a neutral pink, or a warm pink. I always wanted bubblegum pink hair, but my natural hair just isn't going to get that cool (my hair is resistant, and I have a lot of it, no one has time for that. It always looks so much better when I go for a peach, I've decided it wasn't meant to be bubblegum.

The only thing I wish you would add to your color line is natural hair colors! I've had A LOT of different hair colors, and I'm now trying to grow my hair out and get my natural hair color back. I'd love to try your hair color because of all the good stuff that's in it, but I don't want a bright color. It would be awesome if you could add browns, blacks, and natural reds. I love you, Brad! You're amazing!

I have a short faux hawk and the first time I used wavetech, I used an entire pump? BAD IDEA. I rubbed it in my hands and then fingered it through my hair and it ended up making my hair look and feel like I had doused it in shampoo and didnt rinse it out. I have been playing around with how much to use, and I still cant figure it out. Its either too much or not enough. And it always makes my hair crunchy.

I love the way you just take the good with the bad and don't get defensive. I wish I was more like that. I have been wanting to try the detox shampoo my scalp tends to be oily, and weightless conditioner but my hair is starting to go grey and I am not sure the conditioner will be enough for the grey part my natural hair is fine and thin and brown and I am thinking it would be a good choice for it.

I have quietly done alot of things based on your videos. Including feeling sassy and powerful. Just saying. My 30yo+ daughter and I watch you and connect that way.
She loves your products. Demanding them for her wedding.
Never smelled her hair as much as after your products. We facetime about you. I'm on a low budget. She can afford you.
I actually save for your recommendation.

I think that part on the pink/orange split, on the bang that was fading faster, is where shes putting her hands first with shampoo. Pink is the EASIEST color to get rid of(Been pink myself for 4 years straight) And even just doing that will cause that spot. Which is the same size as her hand. Always apply your shampoo as evenly as possible and start from the underneath and go up.

If you're going to use bright semi permanent fashion colors, you have to be able to just embrace the fading process. I learned to love the color fading changes and I learned which colors fade the way I like and how to refresh it when I want pretty easily. Part of the fun of having colorful hair is the actual fading process to me now

I have shampoo and conditioner, I absolutely love them! However, when I got the purple hair color it didn't take at all, I have never had a problem with any other brand, my hair is lightened to the gods which makes it really grab that color. It just failed me, on the good side, my hair felt soooo healthy after.

Honestly, the second girl was kind of dramatic. Like obviously she liked how the orange faded more because she liked the orange better from the beginning. And she said the pink fading was a disaster but I honestly didnt think it was fading worse than the orange. Its the color of her hair, not the dye.

You're amazing Brad! You taught me how to blow dry my hair without it being a frizzy mess which I never thought was possible AND you taught me how to use a foam/mousse! I'm going to buy 2 of each products so I have a backup, bc I love supporting you and I'm not a cheap ass. Love you! xoxoxo

second video just seemed a bit. she was finding reasons to hate the pink. I don't think its as bad as she plays it out of to be. but the fact that you as a brand owner are learning and listening from your customers to improve your company is incredible and highly respectable brad.

Even though the videos started off seemingly negative; They all ended quite positive, with the exception of the orange/pink, which should not be blamed on the colors. I would be willing to try any one of these products. Brad, your reactions were quite gracious.

One thing I loved about wavetech is you put it in and I would style with my deman brush after and once it dried it was so nice and curly. If I diffused, even better. Its my fav product, I just cant afford it anymore rn. I hope to buy more in the future!
