Oh my gosh! This literally reminds me of the heat guard / frizz ender I love! I flipped my hair at the ends and flipped back my side bangs! Oh gosh, I think the ceramic round brush is brilliant! Mine was metal. These tips could work for styling wigs. I cover my hair for religious reasons. Fun fact: in Judaism a married woman's hair is something private.

Honestly Brad,
The last salon I've been to didn't put in product in my hair before putting heat on it. Then use EXTREMELY HIGH temperatures on my hair, not only te blow dryer and flat iron but also a that bubble dryers with the timer. I had to sit under it with DYE ON MY HAIR, I had yo sit under it without any heat protection or any hair product.

Medium heat for curly and coily hair with medium to high air flow. Curls and coils are delicate and can burn easily! Its product and high flow and med-hi TENSION that works best. Just because hair is denser/thicker and coarse it doesnt mean it needs more of everything. A lot of coily haired people have fine hair.

All these steps transformed my blow out look. Ive always been a product girl. But recently added the xmondo heat shield (game changer. Also the amount of heat Ive been putting into my hair was criminal before this video. Best take away was educating me on amount of heat and how much rough drying to do. Thank you!

You asked about knowledge level and how many of these tips and tricks I knew before hand. I knew zero things before this video, thank you lol perhaps now I can blow dry my hair without it becoming a giant frizz ball since I wasn't using the right kind of heat

But can u do it on your own head? Cause it all looks nice and simple but feels 100 times harder doing it on your own head. Would be nice if you'd put a wig on and do the whole thing again so we can maybe see some actual helpful techniques

Naturally curly hair is a completely different animal. I think a lot is the complete opposite of blow drying/cutting straight hair. I would like to see someone who specializes in curly hair give us some tips.

A rough dry would just tangle my hair n make it poofy makin it harder to get a sleek look N listennn hear me out when my hair is straight its a habit to run my fingers thru it cuz I usually cannot wit my curls

I have a question about the brushing tangles. You said to spray conditioner and brush out the tangles or blow dry and then detangle. Does this work on black curl 4c hair? I have little proximity hair too.

Halo sectioning, blow drying the front and back sections first, and pinning the front areas up to create curls were three things I learned from your video. Plus products, products, products!

Looking forward to the day when products can be in line with our sustainability goals - then again I see some eco-friendly packaged hair products but I dont know the brands so I dont trust them

Ive been needing this. My hair is down to my butt again and I dont know what Im doing. I have wavy hair with some curl and Ive started using a diffuser sometimes? We are trying over here

Aaah, my volume was high up and Brad's HI BEAUTIFUL! made me go like WHY ARE YOU SHOUTING AT ME!
Off to rinse my Olaplex no. 3 treatment now, thank you for coming to my Ted talk.

ONE QUESTION: when brushing my hair after washing with shampoo & conditioner, I'm soooo scared of getting conditioner in my roots cuz my hair gets really greasy easily. What do I do, Brad?
