Ah, that first red hair candidate. I suspect she had a brown style perm dye as well as the highlight areas. Ain't no hairdresser but my hair has been red achieved through highlift for over 3 years now; and have used highlights, although I think loreal one works better for lift/colour intensity. On natural hair I would expect it to lift like heck and be way brighter, which now means when she does her roots she's going to have mega intense virgin hair lifted to red, then into a browny red. A tricky look. Also made me chuckle when she said about colour bleeding etc. Yep, if you commit to red, welcome to colour boosting masks every other wash, every wash in summer (cos it will bleach out if you don't wear a headscarf, and also planning hair washing so that you avoid having to washing your hair in other people's bathrooms as little bits of red splashy water are almost unavoidable and tile grout goes pink.
But if you keep it up and avoid the fade, also be prepared for regular admiring compliments for having amazing hair!

The first person's hair before the coloring is close to my original hair color. I pretty much did the same thing -- did a color remover to get rid of my old dye, and I use the Red she has and a 20 volume. I also add Olaplex No1 to my dye and then a damage-repair conditioner after the whole thing is done. My hair does lose a lot of dye, but the color always stays vibrant for me.
And then secondary question -- can your hair colors be used over dyed hair Example: I want to use one of the violet shades on my hair ends.

She was right to use 20 volume (less damage) and should have kept it on 30 minutes. If her hair turned red then that’s the time to put the red on If she needed further bleaching to get to red reapply and keep checking by rubbing the bleach off a section to see the colour and reapplying until seeing red colour then apply the red colour. DO NOT bleach to blond as too far and the red colour put on will then fade very quickly (HB)

Nobody has a natural hair colour like that. Actually, I know this woman that has a hair colour with a deep chestnut red tone and I just assumed she dyes her hair. Bet then I met her 8 y. o. son and he had the same hair colour. Obviously, I was so surprised, I asked her: Is that you natural hair colour And she said that yes, people assume she dyes her hair because it's such a rare colour, but actually that's her natural hair.

My husband does my color touch ups. We started with the Ion brand from Sally’s and the next time my Mondo Super Blue came in. My husband doesn’t want me to use anything else because the application was so much easier for him with Mondo. The band members question’s definitely remind me of the first few times my husband had to color my hair. Now he’s upgraded from novice to amateur.

Hey brad or any hair people in the comments, im considering dyeing my hair again and im currently between a level 7 and 8. Im wondering if its safe to dye ur hair before using the xmondo colour or if i should head more towards like a high lift or if itll be bright enough without bleaching bc i have between curly and wavy hair and it tends to ruin my curl pattern

Oh gosh, the comments about the stains brought back an awful memory. I dyed mine bright red before an amusement park trip and there was an awful rainstorm half way through the day. It looked like someone had split my head open Red dripped all down my face and all over my white hoodie I still have the pictures and I cringe every time I see them

The red colors actually fall out of things and stain quicker is actually because the molecules are very small. Blue is a larger molecule, which is why it tends to hang on longer, but red is so small that it easily diffuses into water and tends to be washed out. I've done a few tests with paper chromatography in the lab to show how this works.

Anyone else doing their hair while watching this.
Edit: bleach your floor. That’s how you get dye off it. With literal bleach and water. (Note. I do, do that all the time. However, my floors are laminate)
Edit 2: I have discovered, that apparently I do my hair like a straight man- I am lazy

This came just in time where I just dyed my brown hair burgundy with red highlights for the first time and I'm absolutely in love with it. Got it done at a salon and it came out with no damage but even softer. I have a long history of killing my hair at home not knowing what I'm doing and it's not worth it!

i find it funny this video came out after I unintentionally went from blonde to a coppery red at the salon last week when the usual toner they've used to make me gold started turning my hair silver/green so they diluted some permanent color and. well yeah, now I'm kind of a red head luckily it looks good

Peroxide and baking soda mixed together will get hair dye out of your floors and walls. After 14 years of not dying my hair, and only cutting the dead ends. I dyed my Honey blonde virgin hair yesterday, dark ruby red! Having hair down to my butt and thick, I used 3 boxes! I wish I could post a pic!

I just 2 days ago put Pillarbox Red over areas of my Hot Hot Pink and it created depth with coral through the pink. The other side is deep purple with the red same as in the pink so it has blue purple and violet purple and the red melts the pink and purple in back. Plus red on dark roots.

Got my blue balayage redone today and at the end the stylist told me to always stick to my guns because she didnt understand why I wanted abfashion color balayage instead of root to tip but afterwards she admitted it would've been too much otherwise. When you know yourself, trust yourself!

I have made instant connections with so many women over Brad Mondo. I just wish i could just get one answer. How to i get color to stay on fine white hair I mean if I bleach first ( not all me hair is white) it will work sort of, but it without bleaching it just washes out.

I had my hair red for two years and I had to stop
The upkeep became too much.
I like that two weeks in a row, we have got to see the chaos that is Halee Green.
I started watching her stuff last week when you showed one of her clips. All chaos and no fcks given.
