Shooting Stars in Transparent Nails

Today were doing Stars on transparent nails. Im going to start by prepping the nails and applying the form. Were doing a stiletto today. Dehydrate and prime the nails. Im going to start with a small bead on the stress point at the free edge of the nail to support the nails. Im going to place a bead of top banana on the form and dip the knife into the powder before cutting out the star shape. Im then going to add in the mylar with clear acrylic whilst sculpting out the nail. Im then going to cap everything in the clear. File the side walls and then take an e-file to the cuticle area. Then use a hand file to contour the nail and finish the filing routine. Were then going to add star gems using Acrygel and Top Coat. Finish off with cuticle oil

You create the most amazing nails. I love watching your videos. I am teaching myself how to do nails. I have a question regarding UV builder gel. Can you use a LED lamp to cure it or does it have to be a UV lamp?

I use your primer to do my sister's nails, she has flat and wide nails and they always pop off the next day. Idk what I'm doing wrong. When I do my nails they don't do that. Angie

Idk how I never thought of putting the center tab like that. Because my nails are pretty flat like the model, and the forms never fit right. Thanks for the tip. :)
