Shadow French Smile Line Using Polygel

Today Im going to be doing a Shadow French Nail and Im going to be using the new Acrygel Brush from Urban Graffiti. Im going to use Easy Breezy and pop it on about half the nail before moulding it into shape, creating a smile line. Ill then file the brick wall super sharp. Im then going to paint that edge with Serious Black. Im going to use Just White for the rest of the nail. Once thats all done, Im going to file the nail into shape and buff before finishing with Top Coat

Looks lovely if I'm doing my own nails is this easier than acrylic? Not sure if it's coincidence or if Adam saw the comment on the Faye video but thank you those beeps are a lot softer/quieter this time

If using base coat on a natural nail, after filing the smile line and cleansing would you need to reapply the base coat as there isn't a inhibition layer anymore?
