It's been a minute since I've shared what I eat in a day! My diet has obviously changed a bit since being pregnancy but I wanted to share the foods that have been making me feel healthy and satisfied during my pregnancy! I am officially in my 3rd trimester and have 8 weeks to go. Are any of you pregnant right now?! What kind of foods are making you feel good during this time?

Coffee's fine. It's just the big-fish sushi you can't have, and no retinol.
Staying hydrated during pregnancy is so hard! It's all the extra blood your body is producing. But just like you eat food with protein when you're trying to build muscle, you make sure everything you eat has a high water content. Like the salad you had for lunch is great because it was very leafy, so add in slices of cucumber to add water, and you can actually add orange slices and watermelon chunks to salad, which also have high water content.
This is slightly different from the cookies you made in your other video, but I usually don't add coconut to my cakes and cookies anyway, so I love it. I absolutely LOVE almond butter!!!

We are so similar it-s crazy hahah I LOVE my chameleon vanilla cold brew with oat milk & 1 stevia - I-m currently 28 weeks pregnant with my third baby and I drank this stuff with every pregnancy! I do 6 ounces because 8 ounces is 200mg of caffeine soooo I figure I-m safe enough being slightly under - so you are so fine don-t think twice & enjoy that cold brew ! --

I been so late on watching your videos I been off of social media for a bit detoxing from it lol but my hubby Kyle uses a weighted blanket too!! Great video girl!!

The cookie recipe on your blog contains coconut flakes as well, what is the difference in taste and consistency when leaving the flakes out? love those!
