Great video Loved to hear your thoughts. The bit about Metallica hit home hard. I was born 1990 and my fav Metallica albums are Black and Justice I asked my more metal head friend and he said Metallica began and ended with MasterI would love for you to one day do a video equipment video where you talk about your technique and equipment. Probably better to do when you're full time YT

go have a nice December my dudeedit: I know what you mean about good eats, his shakshuka episode made me want to hit something. it's sauteed veggies, toasted spices, and tomatoes with egg. the ultimate whatever dude, clean out the fridge meal. And he makes it out to be this fussy thing you cant do right without home fermented lemon rind harissa and a week of prep.

You keep subtly criticizing some famous food-personalities (Gordon Ramsay, Alton Brown) but you always cut yourself off before expanding on these thoughts. I guess you're trying to avoid burning any potential bridges, but do you realize how many drama-views you could generate with your unfiltered, no-holds-barred takes on these subjects? Think about it.

Q+A would be nice every like 6 months, so you can do plenty of videos and therefore the audience may ask better questions. Also, I always wanted to know if you bought your black, convection oven with the cash from the NY Pizza video (I remember the old white oven.

Thank you, Lauren for Do you think blind people have never read a book I've started listening to audio books more and more these days, and always felt that it was a bit 'less than' 'real reading'. In one sentence, you just put that behind me.

This was awesome, I would love to see maybe a monthly or even longer periodic series like this in where you answer some Q+A and maybe go a little more in depth on previous videos or share some new information/enlightenments on previous topics.

I know that just because one of these may be true doesn't mean the other one isn't also true by default, but the whole pineapple on pizza debate. Did nobody else ever have parties as kids, and they had pieces of cheese and pineapple on sticks?

Adam it may be wise to watch Joe Rogan's recent video debunking the whole 'meat is bad' thing. He has a reasonable expert on to discuss it and it's mind-blowing. Maybe you'll reconsider your steak meals I know I have.

Glad we got to see the unfiltered version of Adam. Quite refreshing from the typical edited videos. What I find quite humorous he's relatively the same in video/editing mode, or in his casual carefree Q&A mode.
