Hey Adam, why is it callrd a Dutch oven?
I'm Dutch and these aren't that common here (maybe they were historically, or does it have to do with Pensylvania Dutch who are German, Swiss, and/or Austrian in origin; I'm not sure, and it doesn't seem like you can use it in any way as an oven (although baking a bread using a Dutch oven on a stovetop would be cool if possible); at most you can use it in an oven.

Hey Adam, do you think a 100% whole wheat version will work? I live in India where Atta(whole wheat flour) is the most readily available. I think it will have some good flavor but I am worried about the density/texture. I doubt it would bake up crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Would you recommend and processes?

Every other bread video: this is impossible to make without a food scale, and there needs to be exactly 0. 5% salt and 69. 7386% hydration
This video: the spoon will measure for me

The easiest way to add steam is just to pour boiling water onto a tray below the rack, it helps with the oven spring if you can't use the dutch oven

Wonder if it s this easy to make pandesal, a Filipino soft bread: ) I think it only needs sugar and oil in addition to the basic 3 ingredients

Thanks for this Adam, people think bread is far more intimidating than it is, so keeping it casual like this encourages new people.

I m supper excited to make this for sandwiches. This is an awesome BLT style bread and I love buying it from my local bakery.
